Well, Addison thought it was time to wake up and play from 4-5am. I finally got her back to sleep around 5:20, and laid her in her bed. But then my own alarm went off at 5:45, and yet she had to be woken up at 7:15, still so tired it was like getting a limp wet noodle dressed for school. But then, these cuties were all smiles!
Emerson was also very excited about her new kitty cat dress she got to wear today.
After our Connect Group dinner the other night, there were plenty of leftovers and so we got to make to-go boxes, so that was nice and convenient for lunch at the office today.

I used some pre-cooked chicken fajitas from Aldi to make burritos tonight, with some leftover rice, plus fresh black beans and corn, and this turned out soo good! Pre-cooked chicken like this is always a gamble, but this was actually good, so we got lucky.
Tonight was bath night, and the girls were extra giggly and goofy together in there tonight. Then of course it was jammies and round two of dinner for Emmie, and a cookie for Addie, while we watched “Cars.”
Addison fell asleep flopped over on the couch with Jeff, while I went through Emerson’s bedtime routine with her. Today’s post is super short, because I’m super tired after our rough nights’ sleep, and I just didn’t have too much to write about tonight… Gotta go get some rest tonight, and pray Addie sleeps through the night. (She typically wakes up 3 to 4 times a week, sometimes for only 30 minutes or so, but sometimes for an hour or more, and some nights it’s just harder than others.)
Saw this graphic on Facebook earlier for all the fall episodes of Gilmore Girls, and this seems like a fun little re-watch of all the seasonally festive parts, so I might start doing this. It’s one of my favorite shows, and I’ve re-watched the whole series many times, but this just seems fun!
