Saw this info graphic on the library’s website today, and thought it was really interesting. Love seeing all the others checking out audio books and Kindle books, which is 99% of what I get. I wish they also shared the physical materials checked out, but this is still cool.
Love this little collage from two and a half years ago the Google made in my memories today. This was Mother’s Day weekend 2021, when Addison was only like 5 days old, and just the teeny-tiniest little peanut!!
Meg and Bo are down to one vehicle for a while, after their SUV died on them. So last week, Meg and I started carpooling from daycare to downtown together a few times a week, since we work within a block or so of each other. Today was our third day, but the first day we picked up Emmie together after school. She totally loved it, and was so excited. And Meg and I are really loving the extra time together. We get so much extra time to chat with each other! We love our little Carpool Club.
We did breakfast for dinner tonight with ham, eggs & biscuits, and all the jelly’s and spreads we wanted.
Emerson and I had a little bit of puzzle time together, and made a little bit of progress. It’ll probably still take us a couple of days to finish the last, hardest bits of what’s left, but I think we’ve done pretty good on this one!
Meanwhile, Addison was sitting in Daddy’s lap, eating one of the leftover biscuits, watching “A Bug’s Life.”
I read a book to Emerson for bedtime then did the rest of her routine, while Jeff rocked Addison to sleep in the living room. I’m heading to wash some dishes, and Jeff is working on some laundry, and then hopefully we’ll get to sit down and rest together.
