Happy to see each other this morning at drop-off!

Ellie was standing behind me trying to make Addie smile, by being a “reindeer.” 🙂

Emerson couldn’t stop to take picture for Daddy at drop-off, because she saw one of her friends, and went running straight to him to go to breakfast in the cafeteria together!

I bought a handful of these soups in different varieties, and a handful of these tuna packs in different varieties, for those days when I don’t have any leftovers to bring, and I don’t have time to make something. I can just grab one of each of these, and I have an instant soup & sandwich lunch, easy peasy.

We got so many cute photos of Addie today, just having the best time at school!

Dinner was super easy to “make” tonight, since all I did was warm up store-bought meatloaf, heated a can of corn, and mixed up instant mashed potatoes. The girls didn’t like the meatloaf, but I actually thought it was really good, and really liked the “restaurant-style sauce” (as the label said) on it.

Also, Addie was trying to steal some of Jeff’s nerdy stickers he got from some nerd company recently, so he put this one on her, and it was making us giggle.

Check out this one minute of mostly giggles from the two cutest girls. I almost melted around the 30-second mark, when Addie pulls Emmie in by her shirt, so she can wrap her arms around her neck and hug her. 🥹😍

Jeff volunteered to wash up all the dishes after dinner tonight, so we let Emerson play on her Kindle, and Addison and I played in her room. For about 20-30 minutes, she did nothing but play around in this blanket, just laughing and giggling and hiding and making sure I was watching her the whole time. It was so cute and funny.

Eventually we got both girls in their jammies, and we started on their bedtime routines. Emmie was so sweet and cuddly, but a little clingy, but she still did well and fell asleep once she got loves from both of us.

And of course Jeff rocked both himself and Addison to sleep, so I took Addie to her crib, and then Jeff went to go love Emerson.

Thankful for a hubby who did my usual chore tonight (typically, I do all the dishes, and he does all the laundry), so now I get to just sit down and rest!

Oh also, my girl T-Swift announced her upcoming “The Era’s Tour,” in spring 2023, and good grief I’d LOVE to be able to go! Gonna start saving up all my pennies so I can afford a ticket! (I’ll also be accepting cash & Venmo payments for my Christmas/birthday gifts this Dec/Jan, so I can start a “T-Swift Concert Weekend” fund 😉 )
