Learner’s Permit

Happy Friday! I treated myself today and ordered a sammich (turkey with veggie cheese spread, tomatoes & cucumbers) from one of my favorite places (Goodies), and read my book at the picnic table for my lunch break! It was warm & breezy, but comfortable in the shade. I’m about halfway through this book, and it’s so good! I’ll post about it more when I finish.

Exciting Wednesday

On our little family trip to Trader Joe’s last Friday night, I picked up a jar of their “Everything But The Bagel Sesame Seasoning,” because I’ve heard so so many good things about it. And it was delicious!! (I’m now out of avocado & bread, but will definitely stock up again over the weekend.)

I’m about 100 pages in so far (out of 369), and it’s just so good already. It’s called The Darkling Bride, and it’s brand new. Literally, it just came out in April.

Friday Night Family Fun

We went on a little family adventure tonight to McAlister’s for dinner, and Trader Joe’s for some random groceries. As she gets older, it’s becoming more fun to do even these regular things together, as a little family of three. Emerson always smiles at strangers and makes friends with everyone, and I feel so proud when people just gush over her!
