So we actually had kind of a rough morning, because Emerson tripped over the kitchen mat and fell on her face and hit her tooth on the floor. She busted her lip and the tooth was very sore. It was actually still bleeding a little by the time we got to school, so don’t look too close if blood makes you squeamish. Poor baby nugget.

All State offices were closed today, so that meant a Jeff and I both got the day off work. We kept Emerson home with us today too, for a nice little family holiday in the middle of the week. We had breakfast together then and just took it easy and had a lazy day.
