Emerson has been so very good lately about brushing her teeth. I know a lot of toddlers typically put up a huge fight about it, but we’re going through a lucky phase right now. She lets me brush her whole mouth, and then she “helps” for like 3 seconds, doing it on her own.

After getting Emerson out of the car at school this morning, I quickly clipped her little hair bow into place. I then said, “Ohh you’re so pretty!” And this first photo below is her replying, “YEAHHH!” At least she has no confidence problems! 🙂

My very fashionable toddler specifically requested to wear a hair bow today. So Mommy made sure to pick and outfit and headband to match each other today – pink leopard print with a cream headband! And of course she looks adorable! Poor little thing has a super runny nose though, and is just very congested. But since she didn’t have a fever, we gave her some children’s Claritin (which will hopefully help dry out her nose) and sent her on to school for the day.

Happy Friday! Happy toddler-girl! New outfit, and Emmie chose her own shoes today! (Her onesie says, “Explore more? Alpaca my bags!” When I sent these photos to the family this morning, Grammy responded, “Alpaca my bags too & go with her!”

It wasn’t quite as cold first thing this morning, but we still bundled up this tiny girl in her cute $4 coat, and she was warm and cozy to head into school. However, I hadn’t zipped it up to the very tip-top, and so Miss Priss had to take care of that and zip it up allllll the way.

You guys! All of a sudden, Florida just decided to begin winter overnight! Since it was a mere 34° when I dropped off Emerson at school at 7:30 a.m., she got to wear not only a new outfit (from Old Navy) but also the new-to-her coat we got for the low low price of $4 at the One Week Boutique last month! It’s super soft and cozy, and she loved it. And of course she looks adorable in it! Glad we were thinking ahead and bought a new one, knowing we would need it eventually, so we were prepared this morning.
