When we got into Emerson’s class today, there had been two classes combined in there, and it was kind of a mess. Ms. Q started straightening up, and Emerson wanted to help. She picked up all the little phones to put them back on the cabinet, but she was kind of throwing them up there, and they were making a super loud noise, and she just thought the whole situation was hilarious. But she still loves to help!

My baby girl was a little quieter upon waking up today, but just as sweet as ever. She then gave me some really great sleepy cuddles before getting dressed.

I love that my little Emerson wakes up sweet and silly every single morning. Today, she was moving her legs in & out in front of her like this, making a big swishing noise, and just giggling at herself. That is literally what she did like 2 seconds after opening her eyes today! So silly, so sweet.

My poor little girl woke up with a slight fever today of 100.5 degrees. But that meant she couldn’t go to school, so her and I had a day together at home.

My beautiful, silly Emerson is now 19 months old! She is wearing mostly 9-month size clothes, and size 3 diapers. (Hasn’t been weighed since last month, when she was 18lbs.)

Early this morning, we went over to Megan’s house to help out around the house, since Bo was leading a kids retreat out of town for the weekend. Grandmommie made a breakfast casserole, so we got to eat together first, and then hang out for a little while together.

I had a front seat full of all the things this morning, and even the floor board was full, since I had a diaper bag and a basket of oranges! I brought the oranges to my office, and left them in the common area for anyone to grab a few, and by the end of the day, they were all gone. There’s still a TON on the tree though, so we just have to pick more over the weekend!
