This morning was my first Sunday on the praise team at Generations. We sang great songs, and I loved being a part of the team and doing something new. I was only a little nervous when the service started, but I did great (if I do say so myself), and we had a powerful service today. My sweet little Emmie girl ended up back in my bed with me around 1am, and Jeff was nice enough to sleep on the couch so she could stay with Mama. Then she actually slept until 7:30, and Addie slept until 9am! But by the time Addie woke up, Emmie was ready for a little morning nap. It’s just getting darker and darker as we continue getting deeper into fall. Today, it was so dark I actually had to turn my flash on my phone, and although Emerson understood it was coming, Addison was clearly not prepared for that bright light 🙂
