Emerson picked out her own dress today – a new one that’s been in her closet now, that she finally fits in 🙂 And I picked Addison’s outfit from a basket of unfolded clean clothes 😉 And coincidentally, they both ended up in outfits with safari animals! Zebras, lions, elephants, & giraffes, oh my!

Molars & Club Sandwiches
I had both girls with me this morning, and they were so sweet in the car. Emmie was worried about the sad face Addie was making, so I told her, “See if she’ll let you hold her hand.” So she reached over and they held hands for the rest of the ride, which was like 10 minutes, and it was so cute.

Drop Everything Now
We went with a tropical, turquoise theme with our outfits today, for no reason at all. (You’ll see later that even my dress went with the theme.) Then Addie wouldn’t start making these weird faces with her tongue. I ended up taking 24 pictures, just to get a good one or two 🙂

Red, White & Blue, Take Two
Growing Room is celebrating “Party in the USA Week” the entire week, so it was patriotic colors day for everyone today at daycare. And when I mentioned that last night, and said Addie could just re-wear her Tuesday outfit, Emerson asked if she could re-wear hes too, so obviously I said yes. Super easy outfit-planning today! And super cute red, white & blue girlies!

Octopus Army
Both girls completely slept through the night last night, despite the late-night fireworks. Which means Jeff and I also got to sleep through the night, so praise the Lord for that! The girls even slept late today, and had to be woken up at 7:15, to get them ready for school. But they were both in such a great mood, just the happiest little girls!
