Today was my day to stay home and take care of the Tater Tot. We had such a great day together, doing all sorts of things around the house, and in the kitchen, and running a few errands. We even got to make a special visit to some of our nearby family… We started off with cinnamon rolls. And I am loving her crazy bed head.

Lazy as Sloths
Emerson woke up at 6am this morning, so I got up with her and we watched “Frozen” on the couch, and I fell back asleep for a while… I think Jeff was a little jealous that Emmie and I both had Chick-fil-A for breakfast yesterday, because he was quick to offer to run out and get breakfast for us from there this morning. And of course I had no objections to that idea!

Turkey Tuesday
Decided to try something new for dinner tonight, with this pre-seasoned boneless turkey breast roast. I bought it frozen a month or so ago, and finally threw it in the crock pot today. I also threw in some potatoes and carrots, but spoiler alert, the veggies didn’t actually turn out well. Usually, Tuesday’s are for tacos, but this this Tuesday was for turkey!
