Everyone woke up on time today, and although Emmie and I were both a little grumpy this morning and went head-to-head over a silly water bottle, we got over it quickly. Then we were all fine and happy and drop-off went great as usual!

This morning, all four of us slept in a little late today, after a big weekend, so we got a slow start to the day. We made it to work and school just 30 minutes late, but the girls were happy and well-rested (even if Mom & Dad were still exhausted, as usual), and drop-off went easy!

I just loved Emerson’s sweet little church outfit this morning, with her tights and cardigan, and a new pair of fall boots from Nana – she was just so adorable! And this pose! This was completely unprompted, all on her own.

Well, it’s almost 9:30 pm, and I’m just now starting to write, and I’m 100-million% exhausted. We also have TONS of photos today, so let’s jump into it… Made some homemade oatmeal for me and Emmie (Jeff doesn’t like it) to start the day.

So although Growing Room did their breast cancer week earlier this month, today was the actual “Go Pink Tally” day for the rest of town, so we all wore our pink again today, and did our picture in front of this bright pink wall at school this morning!

Addison slept through the entire night again, from about 7:30pm until 6:30am this morning, and we’re so proud of her! And so glad for our own good nights’ sleep 🙂

We had a GREAT night last night. Addison fell asleep around 7:30, Emerson was down by 8:30, and then I went to bed around 11pm. Then when our morning alarms went off this morning, Jeff asked me, “Did you feed Addison in the middle of the night?” I said, “No, did you?” We thought we had just slept through the other one doing a feeding, but baby girl had slept through the whole night and we were both very pleasantly surprised! And then we had a good morning and an easy drop-off, just like always!

We had a good night’s sleep last night, and a good morning this morning, and an easy drop-off. Emmie has been excited to wear some of the new fall outfits lately, now that it’s cooling down and getting to be the perfect weather for pants. And today was a day for cats & dogs – look closely at both of their shirts!

The surprise 50-degree weather this morning had me switching out clothes for Emerson, into pants and long-sleeves, instead of a little dress. But this new outfit and new shirt, which says “Little But Fierce,” is just so stinking adorable!

Y’all today has been a LONG, full, great day, and I have almost 40 photos, so let’s jump to it. Jeff brought the girls in to praise team rehearsal this morning to see us sing, and my friend Jennifer invited Emmie up up on the stage with us, and took all the photos, and I just loved it 🙂
