Love the awesome designs painted on our sanctuary doors this week for Mega Sports Camp. It looks so awesome, and made the perfect back-drop for today’s sister pics.
And Megan sent me this photo of Addie in art today. Love seeing this sweet little artist working so diligently on her project!
Once again I ordered all of the books for our next book club pick, plus a book for my own collection. We actually already had books 2-3 of the Eragon series (that we thrifted a couple of years ago), but needed book one to add to the bookshelf, and I get really good deals when I buy so many books at once.
And I also found these cute bookish vinyl stickers from Aldi a couple of weeks ago, and have been holding on to them to share with the group. So when I passed out all the books at church tonight, I also let everyone pick a sticker as well.
OK but before we went to church tonight, we had a random little dinner, well, we’ll call it a “first dinner.” I just made a bunch of tiny cheese quesadillas, and we diped them in sour cream & guac, but we also dipped them in our leftover butter chicken from Sunday at Prime Time Addaa, and that was sooo good.
And then we went to church for Mega Sports camp family night, and had so much fun! We did some the main song for the week with them, and learned the motions. Then all the parents got to go to their kids’ activity, so we split up and Jeff went with Addie to art and I went to cheer with Emmie, and we had a great night!
The girls were totally exhausted by the time we got home, and they fell asleep really quickly actually.
