Goodbye, Dolly

Jeff had to be at church early tonight to serve on the south booth team, but I had the night off. So the girls and I had dinner together at Hopkins before church. Emerson asked to get a dessert, and they had their “Hello Dolly” bar renamed today to a very sad “Goodbye Dolly” today, so we had to get one of those to share.

After church, we came back home and got the girls into bed easily. I did this puzzle all in one night last night. It was super easy with big ole pieces, and only 300 pieces, so it went by very easily. The shapes were weird, and it made weird arched lines instead of normal straight rows and columns, but it was still fun. But it’s definitely being donated at the next community puzzle swap 😉

Addie has still been attempting to sleep on her mattress on our bedroom floor, but she still only make it through about half the night, and then ends up in our bed at some point. But we’ve promised her we’ll take her back to Lowe’s for another dumpling squishy, if she’ll sleep the whole night in her little floor bed! She likes the idea, but now we just gotta see if she can actually do it.
