Bows & Bible Verses

Although their shirts weren’t totally matching today, they were similar, with bows and Bible verses.

Emmie’s cute scrunchie looked great with the blues in her shirt too.

And some slightly crazy eyes from Addie Pie 😄

And more craziness from both the girls at drop-off time!

Met up with my Mama for lunch at Cava today, and since we’re rewards members (of course we are), we both got these mini bag key chains with our meals today. We both just took turns venting about work and sharing crazy work stories, that we never even talked about anything personal. So clearly we need another lunch date again soon!

We’re back in the era of reading library books in the car on the way home, and I love these times so much.

Chicken strips, Knorr chicken rice, and green peas for dinner, and Little Tiny actually cleaned her plate for the first time in forever! And actually, she had two servings of rice! And Emmie ate good, just like she always does, and also had two servings of rice.

I had to get up and go to the kitchen for extra helpings of rice for the girls, and when I came back, they had stolen my chair together and thought they were just so funny!

The girls had a bath after dinner, and I got started on a new puzzle while we watched their pre-bedtime tv show. My Mama got this puzzle from the last swap, and then passed it on to me recently so that I could work it as well, before we swap it out again. She just told me, “It was fun, but all the little men get tricky!” 😄

Both my sweet girls were very sleepy tonight, and so bedtime went easily.
