Final ENT Visit

Cute little Emmie needed to go to the gas station with Daddy this morning on their way to school, to get a disposable water bottle for her field trip today.

And cute little Addie Pie, with her favorite mermaid, who’s name is Pearl (which she told the nurse today was like the pearl inside a clam! wow, she’s so smart!) went to her ENT appointment first thing. But her ears are great! They also did a special pressure test and confirmed that the holes in her eardrums from the tubes have healed, and that there is no fluid behind them. She had naturally lost one tube a long time ago, and they went ahead and removed the second one today, because it wasn’t in the ear drum anymore, but was just kind of stuck in the wax… But now, we’re officially done with the ENT! That shoudl definitely be our final ENT visit!

And she had a donut as a reward for being such a big, sweet girl at the doctor.

I accidentally forgot to share my August reading tracker at the beginning of September, so today I shared both August & September.

After work and school tonight, we picked up all the kids, and got pizza and cake and ice cream, and went out to Grammy & Papa’s house to celebrate Grammy’s birthday, which was earlier this week. It was loud and chaotic always, but we had a great time!

 

 

 

The girls are actually still at Grammy’s house having a sleepover, so it’s weird not having to put them down for bed or anything! Instead, I’m going to start a new puzzle and we’ll find something good to watch on tv for a while.
