Beef Bowls

Wednesday morning, we had two cute girls, just like always 🙂

And a very pretty pink sunrise right from the driveway.

Then we went to church at night, and my friend gave me all these shells that we’re gonna use for crafts. So I got them all washed and laid out to dry late last night. But then I didn’t feel like blogging, and since I only had these three photos, I just took the night off.

So then this morning, Emmie picked out cute little skirt outfits for both girls, and they were very adorable together.

Wanted to have a little mug collection at my office, so I brought a couple more from home today, including this cute tea-themed mug, which was perfect for my afternoon tea.

I made another TikTok recipe tonight for beef bowls, and this was delicious. (Jeff wasn’t hungry after a big lunch party at his office today, so he didn’t eat dinner tonight.) But both girls absolutely loved it, and Emerson had three helpings, and asked to take it for lunch tomorrow. I also loved it, and will definitely make it again. But next time, I’ll probably need to double the amount of beef, so we actually have enough for everyone to have at dinner, plus a few bowls for leftovers.

Emmie had three chapters to read in her school book tonight, so she posted up on the couch while Addie watched tv in my bed, and I washed up some dishes.

Unfortunately, I had to give up on this puzzle. The bookshop portion in the middle, plus the purple on the bottom and even the trees were quick, fun and easy. But then it got to a point where it felt impossible! Jeff and I both sat and stared at this thing for like 45 minutes last night, and only placed like, 10 pieces together total. So I put the whole thing back in it’s silly little round box and gave up! I’m gonna give it to my mama and let her attempt it 😉

Then I read the last chapter out loud to Emerson, and Addie came to join us for some cuddles. And Pennie came by for a visit too.

I cannot stand how cute these girls are! I loved Addie leaning her head on Emmie’s shoulder, with Emmie’s arm around her, and Addie wanting to hold my hand. Just so much sweetness!!

They were both super sleepy, and fell asleep very quickly once we headed off to bed. And now maybe I’ll start a new puzzle, hopefully one I can actually finish 😉
