The little outfit Addie is wearing was of course a hand-me-down from Emmie, and I just always love seeing baby sister wear big sister’s old clothes. Makes me nostalgic 🙂
My work friends and I went out to Harry’s again for one more birthday celebration lunch for me. Clearly, I love Harry’s and just can’t get enough of it! This chicken Louisianne pasta with mushrooms was so creamy and yummy, and way too much pasta for one meal. (So I have leftovers to eat for lunch tomorrow.)

Church tonight was cancelled very late this afternoon, due to plumbing problems and no water in the building. There was supposed to be a taco truck there tonight for dinner, so of course I already had my heart set on some street tacos. So instead, Jeff met up with the girls and I after school at Echalee, so I could get my carnitas street tacos.
These delicious tacos were the second great meal I had today. I was lucky today!
We just had cuddle-tv-time all together when we got home, and then got the girls ready for bedtime. Emerson set up some of her little friends in a circle, and we played “story time at the library” for her nightly bedtime book.
Then she literally read me the whole first page, with minimal help from me on some of the bigger words.
And wouldn’t ya know these two were sound asleep once I finished with Emerson’s routine.
I laid Addie down, and Jeff went to say goodnight to Emmie. Then I took some Tylenol for a random headache, and now I’m ready for sleep soon. Addie has still been sleeping terribly lately (for about 2 months now), so it’s been a long time since I’ve consistently had good sleep. And goodness gracious I’m really feeling that tonight…
