Earlier today, Jeff’s dad had surgery on his eye. So we went over to their house tonight to see him. He’s doing well, and he says he should have 20/20 vision in about a week. My MIL Nita made stroganoff using strip steak for dinner, along with peas & green beans, and it was delicious! And Emerson loved it too!
And then after dinner, completely out of nowhere, she totally figured out how to climb the stairs all on her own! She very quickly went up these first four steps, then turned the corner and figured out the next 10! This girl is just growing up too fast!
And at school today, Emerson absolutely loved bubble time! Look at those sweet, happy smiles! (And those funny little shorts, after she got oatmeal all over her cute pink pants at breakfast after we dropped her off.)
