Strawbebbies

This precious little one snuck into our bed early this morning, and even after all the alarms went off, and Jeff and I were both out of bed, and our lights turned on per their usual schedule (smart bulbs are so convenient), she was just snoozing away in there all by herself, for another hour, until I had to actually wake her up.

But once she was up and moving, she was sweet and happy and ready! Love this new butterfly dress we found last week. And of course Addison was precious in her hand-me-down rainbow dress, which I also love.

And then of course baby sister has to do everything that big sister does, like when I told her to turn around, and then turn sideways, so that I could get pictures of her hair, Addison did the exact same thing that Emerson did.

Lots of fun for Addison again in her new classroom today.

Cute little helper, watching mommy cut “straw-bebbbies” to go with our dinner, which are her favorite. And probably Emerson’s favorites too, for that matter. Then I made buffalo chicken wraps for me and Jeff (and they were sooo good), and chicken nuggets for the girls, with strawbebbies and sweet potato tots for everyone, plus a few more snacks (chips & gummies) for the girls.

We kinda just did our usual stuff after dinner, playing and hanging out and putting away dinner, until it was finally time to get ready for bed. Emmie wanted more strawbebbies for her bedtime snack, and she loved cuddling her stuffed berry while eating them.

This very purple page of our bedtime book matched so well with her cute little cotton candy jammies.

By the time I finished with Emerson, Addison was completely asleep with Jeff. So I gave her some snuggles while I carried her off to her bed. Time to watch another episode of Ted Lasso, and then read some more of my book club pick before bedtime.
