Prezel Cuddles

Happy little girls, started off the morning with a ride on a duck & a horse! 😉

She wore this outfit to sleep last night, fully intending it to be pajamas for the night, but then she wanted to wear it to school today, and since it was just leggings and a t-shirt (and not actual jammies), I figured, why not?! Less laundry to do anyways! Haha 😉

All of our school pics today were of Addie Pie, and although she had an “uncontained” diaper situation (which required an outfit change), she still had a good day!

The work day was busy and stressful once again (that’s been the theme of the week so far), but I was able to leave on time again today, and made it school without running into the terrible weather that other parts of city were getting. Then once we got home, I put together some BBQ chicken pizza’s, with a side salad with my old favorite Olive Garden Italian dressing. (I haven’t bought it in a while, because I was trying to use up other dressings we already had first, but I missed my creamy Italian dressing!)

Little Baby Addie Pie was sooo tired tonight, she could barely make it through dinner. She kept rubbing her eyes, and her head was just so heavy and kept hanging down low towards her tray.

After dinner, Emerson wanted to put on a dance performance for us, and Addie loved watching her sister and listen to the music.

But then she was dying to get down and have some fun of her own!

Pretzel loves to cuddle (especially with Jeff), but he doesn’t like actually being picked up. I’m honestly not even sure how this happened tonight, if he crawled into her lap or if Emerson scooped him up, but he sat there like that for about five minutes, just letting her love on him, and eventually Addison crawled over and Pretzel let her pet him too.

She loves to carry “her baby” across the living room, and announce “baby delivery!”

And Emmie loved helping Addie march down the hallway to get ready for bedtime together.

Emerson chose to read “Coco” for her bedtime story, while eating a mango-applesauce pouch for her bedtime snack, before going to brush her teeth with Daddy.

Then while Daddy went through his bedtime routine with Emmie, I fed Addie a bottle and rocked her to sleep.

I’m headed to wash up the dishes and bottles now, while listening to the newest audio book I just started, “Trashlands.” And then once I finish that chore, we’re going to watch episode two of “Moon Knight” on Disney+, which is a brand new series, and we just watched the first episode a couple of days ago.
