Just dropping a few quick photos tonight… I rarely ever take many photos on a busy Wednesday church night, and plus, both girls and myself are grumpy and having a rough bedtime tonight, so we’re hanging on by a thread…
Levitating
With anticipated severe weather today, all of Leon County schools were closed. So I took off one more day of work to take care of the girls. They did actually sleep in a little bit today, praise the Lord for that, but once they did wake up, they were immediately dressed us as matching Elsa’s, complete with braids, necklaces, crowns and even gloves. So they had some morning cereal in their fancy costumes.

Through Chattanooga & Marietta
We did really great getting dressed, ready & finished packing early this morning. We had some cereal for a quick breakfast at the Airbnb, and then were pulling out of the driveway at 8:01 am CST (which was 9am Tally-time), exactly when we planned. We drove about 1.5 hours, and then made a last-minute decision to pull off the road and find a local coffee shop as we went through Chattanooga, TN.

Mother’s Day 2024
We’ve had another pretty chill day, just hanging out with all the Pullen’s. We went to church with the whole family, at the church where Jeff’s oldest brother’s family attend and serve. It felt pretty similar to our own church, and it was nice to all go together. (There were about 15 of us, but I don’t have pics of the other two families.)
A Pullen Wedding
We had so much fun at the wedding this afternoon and evening! The ceremony location was beautiful, and our niece Avery, the bride, was stunning. (They did a no-phones ceremony though, so no pics of that part.) But lots of other great pics to share!
Hot Tub
We’ve had a super chill day today, just hanging out with family, and spending time at our AirBnB house. We had a great breakfast at Waffle House, did some grocery shopping for the weekend, and made a simple fruit salad for lunch.
Travel to Nashville
Today was a long day in the car, in & out over and over again for food, coffee, snacks, gas, and potty breaks. Both girls did great though, and Addie was awesome with all the public potties along the way.

Both of my girls were looking summery and sweet in their yellow outfits today. Emerson is wearing a hand-me-down shirt from one of her Pullen cousins, and Addison is wearing a hand-me-down dress from her sister. Addie is also wearing some new purple crocs that she got for her birthday.
