My website was undergoing some maintenance tonight, and it’s already 9:30 and I’m just now starting this, and I’m kinda tired of sitting her already. So I’m just gonna throw it out there, bare bones, and the call it a night…
Easy drop-off this morning for my cute girls.
Jeff had to go into his office today (as opposed to WFH), so he decided at the last minute to come pick me up for a lunch date. We went to Takko –Â Korean Taqueria, for my second time and his first, and it was delicious. Between the two of us, we got five different tacos to try, and wow were they amazing. My favorite was the sticky chicken, and the mahi-mahi (the single taco below), and their sesame fries are incredible, especially with their chipotle ketchup. And it was just so good to have a quick, spur-of-the-moment, lunch date in the middle of the week together!

On our way home from school today, I made a right-hand turn, and saw these pretty clouds, and had to stop and roll my window down and Emerson was like, “Mommy take a picture of the clouds!” I said, “That’s exactly what I’m doing my girl!”
I made crockpot beef stroganoff this morning, then boiled egg noodles tonight, and made garlic parmesan roasted brussels sprouts, and everything was delicious and easy peasy!
Girls had bath time after dinner, followed by jammies and bedtime. Jeff had to run down to the pharmacy for sudafed, so I did all that by myself, and it actually went really smooth.
Jeff got home right as I was feeding Addison this bottle, so he went in to love Emerson goodnight, and then I rocked Addie to sleep. It’s taken about an hour for my blog to finish it’s updates, and I’ve just been watching Survivor on the computer while waiting. But my feet are cold, and there are dishes to wash… So I’m gonna slip on my slippers, and go clean up the kitchen before bedtime.
