Started off the day with an early morning girls breakfast with some friends at Canopy Road Cafe. This steak and egg breakfast wrap was yummy, but needed a little more of the chipotle aioli to go with it. But we had such a nice time at our girls breakfast!
And Jeff and the girls went up to Havana for pancakes with Nana and PopPop for their breakfast.

After breakfast with my girlfriends, I went up to Havana as well, and we all went to the Havana Pumpkin Festival together! Emerson joined the costume contest in her Mirabel dress, but Addison dressed as Elsa didn’t want to participate. Emmie didn’t win, but we’re gonna be more prepared next year and try again. But it was literally the perfect weather and a perfect Florida fall day to wander around looking at cute booths and petting doggies and riding ponies.

Went back home to Nana’s house afterwards for some rest and snacks and waters. But the weather was just so perfect, we had to stay outside the whole rest of the day soaking it all in.

Emmie picked out this cute crocheted headband from one of the booths, and we chose the cute tiny purse for Addie from the same vendor. And of course one of the little downtown stores on Main street sells dumplings and Needoh’s, which Nana bought for them.

While they played together so sweetly for hours, I finished “Threshing Day,” and took a nap on the tiny little love seat.

When I woke up, I made that cute little TikTok of our festival fun, and then my phone was dead after that. But Nana made us tacos and rice and beans for dinner, and then we were back outside again for a little bit longer. We headed home, and got the girls to sleep, and now I’m ready to chill out the rest of this Saturday evening. Today was a great day!
