First Gymnastics Class

Cutie little girls on a cold day this morning. But obviously I say they’re cute every day 🙂

And I just loved the way Addie was running down the hallway, flapping her little arms around in her giant sweatshirt. I was laughing at her so much, I didn’t think to video until we were almost to her class, but I caught the very end of it.

And Emerson was looking too much like a big girl, returning back to school today after spring break last week.

Addie Pie was very goofy at school today.

After work and school and school, Grammy picked up Emerson from school, and took her to her first gymnastics class today! Grammy said she was a little nervous and apprehensive right before class started, but in just a few minutes she was smiling and ready to go! Addie and I got there in time to watch the last 15 minutes, and loved getting to see her! Afterwards in the car, she told me multiple times how fun it was and that she liked it so much. And I’m so glad she gets to do this, even if it’s just a short, one-month class. We’ve already started talking about trying to register her again, if we can fit it into our schedule.

Then after gym, we went over for pizza for dinner at Nana & PopPop’s house. Since we had the bug people come spray our house this afternoon, we had to stay out of the house for a few hours, so we hung out at their house to give it a couple more hours before going home.

The girls were both sleepy when we got home, and ready to settle down. They cuddled up together in the recliner to watch one episode of Bluey, and then both were very easy to get to sleep tonight. Thank goodness for that small miracle! (Also, that’s just a giant stamp on Emmie’s arm.)

Now it’s time to go watch an episode of “The Office” with my hubby, and then read a little before heading off to bed.
