Look at my adorable Addison, wearing a new romper this morning. Something about it gives me 70’s vibes, and I love it.
And I also really loved Emerson’s little daisy overall’s, with the 90’s vibes for her for today.
Addie had a fun day at school as usual.
But Emerson had an even better day, with a special guest for lunch – Uncle Pastor Bo!
Last week, Uncle Keith tried Locos Tacos for the first time. It’s only about five minutes from our house, so I told them next time they wanted to come to our side of town to let us know, and we’d meet them there. So we made plans to meet up with them tonight, and it was such a nice treat! We had yummy food of course, but we enjoyed just having dinner with them too obviously.
This one in particular liked the cheese dip, as you can clearly see it all over her little mouth 🙂
The girls had to share a little frozen gogurt snack together when we got home, sitting on the floor cuddled up on a blanket.
Then it was time to get the girls for bed, and they were both sooo exhausted. While I was changing Addie’s diaper and putting on her nightgown, she was so tired she just curled up right there on her changing table.
And then after reading 6 or 7 pages of our book, this precious baby fell asleep in my bed while I was singing her lullaby.
And then of course I came back up front to find that the littlest sweet pea was out like a light on Daddy’s shoulder. But when he tried to lay her down, she wanted to be held more, so I scooped her up and got to hold and cuddle her for a while, and then eventually I got her down.
And now since I don’t have to wash any dishes, or do any cleanup since we ate dinner out, I’m heading straight to the couch, to watch the season two finale of “The Office” with my hubby.
