Triplets’ 6th Birthday Lunch

We had cereal for breakfast and a slow morning at home on this beautiful Saturday. Then we picked out some matching dresses for my cutie girls and got ready for the day.

Jeff and Emmie went for a super fast speed run at the Gilchrist STEAM carnival, and squeezed in as many activities as they could in less than an hour.

Addie stayed home with me and played on her Kindle, while I hopped in the shower really fast. I made myself a honey and brown sugar cinnamon syrup iced coffee to go, and the frothy foam was performing.

We met up with the whole family at Milano’s for the triplets’ 6th birthday lunch, and I had a delicious antipasto salad and a piece of Jeff’s meat-lover’s pizza, and it was delicious.

We got the girls these cute little strawberry backpacks, with a hair claw clip and a scrunchy, because they are very into hair accessories.

Even baby Hayden got to enjoy some birthday cake icing today!

Family photos with all the little groupings… Grammy & Papa first.

Grandmommie!

Pastor Brian, Mrs. Becky, & Kayla (aka KK), who was their very first nanny when they were newborns.

Gigi & Granddaddy, Bo’s mom & step-dad.

Obviously Megan & Bo…

And then our family.

And the girls with their little friend Maddie. (And Addie pouting in the background.)

After lunch, Jeff went to go do computer work at one of his side-job-clients, and I took the girls home. When we got back home, I got Addison down for a late afternoon nap, and then fell asleep in the recliner on the heating pad. It was after 5pm by the time both of us woke up (Emmie was just awake and doing her own thing the whole time), and then we went to Walmart to pick up our grocery order. They were so slow and took a while tonight so as soon as we got home, I just mixed up some tuna salad and egg salad for dinner.

This girl has always loved deviled eggs and egg salad. And tonight, she ate one and a half egg salad sandwiches!

We started watching “The Greatest Showman” with the girls this weekend, and finished it up tonight, and they absolutely loved it. They were dancing around together and being so cute and sweet.

Both girlies got to sleep easily tonight, which was good, because I’m feeling extra tired tonight, and maybe like I’m at the start of a cold or something. So I’m gonna try to get some good rest tonight and hopefully not actually get sick…
