These two are just the cutest, and that face Addie is making in the first photo is just so funny!
I just love how calm and sweet she is most of the time, with this pensive look on her adorable face.
Just look at the squishy little cheek!
We didn’t get any pictures of Emerson today, but we got plenty of Addison from her teachers.
We had a chicken teriyaki stir fry for dinner tonight, which was okay, but not great. Emmie thought it was too spicy, and ate a Lunchable instead (glad I started stocking a few of those every week), but Addie ate it really well.
Both girls played for a while in the bath after dinner, then I got them cleaned up while Jeff put away the leftovers and last night’s clean dishes. Emmie finished up her snack after bath, and we added half leftover biscuit with some mayhaw jelly. Addie was playing all over the living room, and was also very interested in whatever big sissy was eating.
Addie was out like a light after Daddy fed her a bottle of milk and rocked her to sleep, and Emmie did really good with bedtime tonight too. There aren’t too many dishes to wash tonight, so that’ll go quickly, and then I’m sure we’ll find a movie or something to watch on tv for a little while. Today was just a normal, mostly easy day, and I’m grateful for these kinds of days!
