Gonna make this short & sweet tonight… Today was Christmas PJ day for Emmie, and she chose this flannel nightgown 🙂

And I had more treats waiting on my desk again today from sweet coworkers.

Every year, Papa takes Megan and I out to lunch around Christmastime, always at Chicken Salad Chick. It’s a great little tradition 🙂

And today, he brought us each a snack bag of the homemade treats they made last night!

Jeff actually picked up the girls today, because I thought I might get stuck at work late. Luckily, I didn’t, but he had already picked them up a little bit early, so that was still a nice break for me.

We loved the breakfast sandwiches on our beach vacation last weekend so much, I tried to recreate them at home for dinner tonight. And I’d say they turned out pretty good! They were honestly almost just as good as the restaurant, and everyone ate really well.

Emerson got a little upset about something towards the end of dinner, and needed a little extra loves and snuggles from Daddy.

Then Nana came over for a quick visit to bring us some Christmas outfits she got for the girls, and to give me my first Christmas present, because she was so excited she didn’t want me to wait for it 🙂 It’s a puzzle table (with foldable legs for tabletop use or sitting on the floor if you want), and a Christmas puzzle. So of course you know I’m going to be doing that soon!
