Parents’ Night Out

Cute little matching girls in their cute little apple outfits and faux fur vests.

Today was the 100th day of school for Emerson, and although we didn’t do the whole costume thing (she was fine with just matching apple outfits), she had a good day at school!

And it looks like Addison had a good day at school too.

After work and school, Nana picked up Addison, and Grammy picked up Emerson, and they each went to their own Grandparent sleepovers. I didn’t get any photos from Nana of Addie, but Grammy sent a couple of Emmie having fun.

Then Jeff and I had a kid-free, parents-night-out dinner at Harry’s to celebrate my upcoming birthday. And it was perfect and delicious and so great. We got seated quickly, and the food was so fast, our meals came out at the same time as our bread. This is always one of our very favorite places, and we loved every bite.

We stopped by Publix on the way home to grab something for our breakfast tomorrow, and a piece their bakery cake for tonight, but as of now, I’m still wayyy too full to actually eat it. Gonna find a fun movie on Netflix now, and watch it with the volume up as high as we want it, since there aren’t any little girls sleeping down the hallway 🙂
