Every Soul

Just look at how sweet little little sisters are together 🙂

In the car on the way to school, out of nowhere, Addison said, “”Every soul matters to God!” And then she created her own reprise and said, “Every soul matters to God. And the school. I was talkin bout that.” 🤣 She is so sweet & so silly! I am sure that’s the “faith fact” for the month in her preschool class at church that she just learned Sunday, and I was so impressed with her reciting it like that in the car this morning!

And looks like Emerson and Daddy went to the fancy Cumberland gas station for a hot breakfast on this cold morning before school.

Jeff was working from home today, and I’d say Pennie enjoyed having him home and spending her day comfy on the couch.

I got stuck late at work today, so Jeff ran out to pick up the girls. They stopped at CVS on the way home to refill the necessities like NyQuil/DayQuil & cough syrup. And it looks like they stocked up on a ridiculous amount of candy while they were at it too.

I got home from work about 10 minutes before they did, so that was plenty of time to get dinner started, and almost completed really, before things got too chaotic.

After dinner, Jeff had to hop on a call for one of his side-work clients. So while I put the leftovers away and cleaned up the kitchen a little bit, the girls played together for a bit. Then I made some hot tea for Jeff, Emmie and myself, and we cuddled up to watch Bluey.

Emmie and Pennie were having some very sweet loves together too.

After getting over being sick last week with possibly the flu, today I’ve started feeling a cold coming on now. I’ve been drinking a lot of tea and taking Emergen-C during the day and NyQuil at night. Hoping and praying it doesn’t get too bad…
