Cheesy Chiefs

Gonna keep this quick, simple and short today… Addie was adorable and cheesy this morning, and Emmie was cute and squinty in the sunlight.

Then we got a couple of cute pictures of Addie from school.

This may look like a regular cup of coffee. But I had a crazy day at work today, and my sweet coworker made me a cup of Lucky Goat coffee from her fancy coffee machine that grinds the beans fresh with every cup, and then another coworker gave me her coconut creamer to use too. This was a great afternoon pick-me-up in a super stressful afternoon. (And then I got stuck at work late too actually.)

After some hoopla including borrowed cars and pick-ups and drop-offs and whatever else, we ended up at Firehouse for dinner before church, with these cheesy little fire chiefs.

Then halfway through church, the nursery worker called us out because Addie had been crying for 30 minutes straight. So we got her out, and hung out in the front of the church while Emmie was still in class. I helped the assembly line put together goodie bags for the egg hunt this Saturday, and Jeff kept Addie occupied. Then we had some fun playtime with Aunt Meggie at the end.

And then of course it was time to start bedtime as soon as we got home from church. Ryan read Emmie a book, and Jeff rocked Addie to sleep, then I took Emmie for prayers and lullabies.

And now it’s time to head to the couch to watch some more of “The Hunger Games” movie, which we started last night.
