I loved the girls in these super cute new matching cheetah dresses. So adorable. And Addie is looking so much more grown up lately, this past week especially. It’s crazy that she’s almost two years old now!
And I loved the low ponytail Emerson asked me for today. Very mature and so precious.
Addison was eating a little bag of alphabet breakfast cookies in the car on the way to school. I told her she needed to leave them in the car to finish after school, but she said, “Nooooo.” Then reached in the bag, grabbed the last three out and handed me the bag saying, “all gone!” Then she brought them into school with her 😉
Pictures of Addie from her teachers today.
Meggie got out of work a little later than usual, which meant she was getting to school about the same time as I usually do. So her and the triplets picked up Addison and met me outside right as I was pulling into a parking spot. The trips were so cute and sweet with Addie, and wanted to give her all the loves and hugs goodbye.
Tonight we had breakfast burritos (with sautéed peppers & onions which are my fave) and peaches for dinner (and I put Tajin on mine), and it was really yummy.
But Jeff was off doing some computer work for someone or another, so it was just a little girls’ dinner in the middle of the planet craft table.
And then Emerson painted some lines around the planet, because you can kind of see lines if you Google image search Neptune. The project is due tomorrow, so I’m glad we finally got it finished up!
I got the girls into jammies and changed Addie’s diaper and then we sat down for milk and snacks and “Bluey.” Then Jeff got home a few minutes later, ate a late dinner, and then helped me get the girls started on bedtime. After I did Emerson’s routine, I came back out to check on Addison, and although Jeff was half asleep, Addison was just staring up at me!
Then we switched and I held her, and then I was the one that fell asleep holding her in the recliner, once she finally gave in and fell asleep too. Jeff volunteered to wash some dishes for me tonight, and I’m very glad to let him handle that.
