So happy to have my girls both feeling better again this morning! Addison was very excited to get back to her regular routine and head to school. And Emerson was excited to spend the day with Grandmommie, since school was closed for a “fall holiday” today.

I was utterly exhausted today, and totally not in the mood to cook, so frozen pizza for dinner was definitely the move. And we ate out on the back porch for the first time this season! Emmie and I got this new fall-themed vinyl tablecloth from Aldi the other day for $2.99, which is so cute. Jeff was finishing up a phone call for one of his side jobs, and then he came to join us once he finished up.
Added this beautiful vinyl of “Evermore” by Taylor Swift to my collection this week, when I found it on sale on the TikTok shop. Had to put it on the record player and test it out with just one song, before we started our normal bedtime routine…

Both girls took a little longer to get to sleep tonight, but both are snoozing soundly by now. And now I think it’s time for me to go to sleep too, because I’m just way more tired tonight than usual after a bit of a hard week with all the sickness and such…
