Tiny Tech Team Member

Only baby sister went off to school today, waving and enjoying her little granola bar for breakfast.

Big sister and I stayed home for most of the morning/day, so I started by making us some scrambled eggs for breakfast. And I just love the mornings when the sun shines through the kitchen window like this.

Then her and I ran a few errands to get some last minute things for summer camp, and some things I needed for a work party tomorrow. We got her duffel bag all packed u once we got home, and then I painted her fingernails Elphaba green, because her team color for the week at cam is green. I roasted some garlic for my own lunch, and made her some ramen noodles at her request.

We had a little bit more time together just hanging out at home after lunch time, and then eventually we headed over to the church to meet up with the rest of the group for kids camp! They drove over to Marianna to spend a few days playing and praising and swimming and learning about Jesus. She’s gonna have a great time!

I actually went back home after to just hang out for a little while after getting Emmie sent off to camp. Jeff came home and then the two of us went to pick up Addie, and tried out the new-ish Huey magoo’s for dinner before church, and it was super yummy.

Then Jeff and I both had to be at church early to be on the worship team, so we brought our little tag-along with us, and Jeff started giving her some training running the lights & screens 🤣 She’s the cutest tiny tech team member!

We had a great night at church (the worship team sounded great tonight, if I do say so myself), and then we had a special guest missionary visiting tonight, who serves in Kiev, and he was a great speaker and shared great stories.

Addie needed a snack when we got home, and we watched Bluey, and she stayed up a little bit too late. Jeff eventually took her back to bed and got her to sleep, and it was strange again tonight, since I didn’t have Emmie here to do her bedtime routine with. But I know she’s having a great time at camp – Megan sent this selfie of them earlier, with all of them looking very excited!
