Peachy Puzzle

Little cheetah cuties before school this morning! I dressed them in matching cheetah on purpose, and then coincidentally picked out a cheetah dress for me to wear too, not even on purpose.

Jeff took both girls to school this morning, after a stop at the fancy Cumberland gas station again to grab some breakfast of course.

And since I didn’t have any little girls to drop off, I picked up breakfast for myself today too. I used rewards points in my Chick-fil-A app and redeemed them for a free spicy chicken burrito, and added a side of hash browns, and paid less than $2 for my whole meal! Nice, hot breakfast on this super cold morning! (Funny thing – my weather app at 6am said the low was 41 degrees today; but at that exact moment it was only 31 degrees. So how does that work?!)

Jeff went back to pick up both girls again after school and work today, but I’m not entirely sure why Addie was holding the car pick-up tag.

I met up with them for a quick dinner at Publix before church, and then I rushed to get Emmie to church on time for kids choir practice. I was supposed to sing on the worship team tonight, but since I’ve been getting sick these past few days, I backed out for the night. Jeff and Addie had gone on home, because neither of them were feeling good. And I ended up just going home myself too, and finishing my peachy puzzle I started a couple days ago {minus one missing piece}, before just heading back when it was time to pick up Emmie at the end of the night.

Turns out, Addie actually had a fever tonight, so it looks like this annoying sickness we’ve all been passing back and forth has finally hit her now too. So Jeff will stay home with her tomorrow, and hopefully hers is just a little cold that will pass in a few days. I’m currently the only one still awake in my house, but I doubt I’ll be up very late tonight….
