Nostalgic ’90’s Night

Last morning with just one sweet little baby girl, who was being so very precious.

I went out to lunch with Mama and Meg at Taco Republik today, and ordered the same thing I get every time, which is the southwest chicken quesadilla, with black beans and corn, and a side of chipotle aioli, and YUM.

Per the usual, here’s a few pictures Grandmommie sent of Emerson today. They even went to visit family and see baby Asher.

And baby Asher even came to see me at work today!

And we had a few pictures of Addison from school too.

When I picked her up from school today, she wanted her blankie on her lap in the car, even though it was obviously not cold…

Then when we got home, as soon as I unbuckled her from the car seat, she climbed over into the middle of the car, and made her way up to the driver’s seat.

She was playing around with the colored pencils, and threw them all on the floor. Then we walked to the kitchen for something or other, and when we came back in the living room, she saw all of them on the floor, and was like “Who did this? Mess!” I was laughing so hard and said, “YOU did this, silly girl!”

We had a very nostalgic ’90’s Friday night, eating pizza in the living room and watching Aladdin. I loved it, and it was so chill, but it felt so weird without my Emmie-girl!

We just hung out the rest of the night, playing around and just kinda chilling on the couch, and it felt like we had so much extra free time. Jeff has been rocking Addie to sleep while I’ve been writing this post, and now we’re going to watch a Netflix show and maybe make some popcorn, which seems like another nostalgic ’90’s memory from my childhood.
