Living Nativity

Love these little girlies, and how warm and cozy they both looked this morning. Look closely, and you can see Emmie had a whole theme going on today – cowgirl pants, with the cowboy grizzly bear shirt, and even cowgirl boot earrings!

Treated myself to another nice coffee from the Red Eye December specials menu this morning on my way to work. Today I tried the Coquito Cold Brew, and it was really good and had great Christmassy spices in it.

After work and school tonight, the whole family met up at Blaze Pizza for dinner together. Then we went over to KUMC for the hayride through the living nativity. This is about the third year or so we’ve all done this together, and it’s become a fun family tradition every year.

We watched a couple episodes of Bluey when we got home, then tried to wind down these crazy girls, because they were truly wound up after our night out! But as always, the lullaby playlist came through, and they were out in just a few songs, Pennie included… 🙂

Currently working on our meal plan and grocery list for the week, trying to come up with some ideas… I’m also currently writing out a schedule for tomorrow, with notes of errands we need to run and things we need to buy and places we need to be. It’s going to be a busy Saturday, that’s for sure!
