Holy Land Souvenirs

I’m actually not feeling so hot tonight (maybe just tired?), but I’m just gonna write a quick little post real fast… Emmie made this little craft at after school the other day, and wanted to show it off this morning.

I remembered to pack lettuce and tomato for my turkey, provolone & hummus bagel sandwich today, and it made it SO much better. It was really delicious, especially since it was so simple.

Cute little school pics of our cute little Chickpea.

We dropped off Emerson at kids choir after getting both girls picked up (and Jeff delivered a Happy meal to her), and then we met Grammy for dinner at Zaxby’s until it was time for us to go to church as well.

The whole team that went to Israel last week (and returned yesterday) came tonight to share stories and their favorite spiritual moments. They had a slideshow with tons of pics, and it was great to hear everything they shared.

It was straight to bedtime once we got home, and both girls were so tired and went down super easily.

Here’s all the goodies Meg & Bo brought back for our little family, which was so sweet! I wasn’t even expecting anything, but I love it all! I’ve already used the lotion, and it’s super soft, and that tiny book came from a Little Free Library they found, and I love the woven tapestry bookmark.

Emerson also earned her first badge in Daisies tonight, by reciting her first memory verse! So they sent her home with a little goody bag to go with it.

I think I’m just lacking sleep lately, so I’m heading to get some rest and relaxation and hopefully a good nights’ sleep.
