Falafel Friday

Sweet little matchy-matchy girls again today. One of whom was clutching her book for all it was worth. A girl after my own heart…

Emmie got dressed first today, n a new dress she hadn’t worn yet. Then Jeff picked out this dress for Addie, and Emmie went to find hers so she could match her baby sister. She’s also sporting a little wood-disc necklace she got from school the other day, when they had a special guest come by to talk to them about trees and worms and some other stuff…

Jeff picked me up from work today for a lunch date. I’ve been craving falafel for about a month, and been wanting to try this restaurant for about a year. And we finally made it today! The falafel was really good, and my favorite part of the meal. I got the beef kebab pita, and Jeff got a chicken schnitzel pita, and I thought his was the best of the two. It was good, but not great, but the sweet lady who owns and cooks was very nice.

Today after work, I made my way over to book club night with my friends who all work at FSU. They complain about work stuff, and I provide weird random DOC stories, and then we discuss the book and tv and movies and whatever else. Today, there was a bunny in the front yard when I parked!

Meanwhile, Emmie had gymnastics this afternoon, and then Jeff and the girls went over to his parents’ house for dinner, before heading back home. They were all asleep when I got home, so I just wrote this really quick, and then played on my phone a little bit, before heading off to bed myself.
