Cheat Stroganoff

Both my little sweeties were back to school today, everyone feeling good and smiling happily!

We had a normal, regular-shmegular day at work (although we did actually have a baby shower for lunch time so that was fun!), and then I was able to pick up the girls at the end of the day.

For dinner, I used two bags of the Knorr Stroganoff pasta, to make a cheat version of homemade crockpot Stroganoff I typically make. This was the first time I’ve ever seen or bought this flavor, although we use these Knorr sides in a lots of flavors weekly. So I just used two of the bags, and baked some meatballs, and this was so good! Super easy (and inexpensive), and everyone loved it, so I’ll have to make this again.

After dinner, I got started working on on this cute little succulent (fake) Lego set that Jeff and the girls got me for Mother’s Day. I didn’t make it much farther than this though, before it was time get the girls in bed.

The girls are both in bed now though, sleeping soundly, so after I get some dishes washed real quick, I’m gonna go back and finish up my little succulent.

Update – all done, and so cute!
