Blue Bird

Sweet little stripey sisters ready for school today.

I have always really loved this outfit of Addie’s, but seems like she might finally be growing out of it, after wearing it for over a year. I’m gonna miss this one. But I also really love Emmie’s new dress too, and wish it came in my size!

Loved seeing this bright sunny morning getting on the road this morning on the way to school.

Out of nowhere today, the arm of my office chair just fell right off… We’re ordering a brand new one for me, but luckily, we do have a spare that I can use in the meantime.

Tonight was simple grilled cheese & tomato soup for dinner. But somehow, these were like, some of the best grilled cheese sammie’s ever. Great Value brand Texas toast, Great Value brand American cheese singles slices, bread slathered in Duke’s mayo for grilling. So toasty and tasty.

I did bath time with the girls after dinner (while I had Jeff run to Trader Joe’s, in an attempt to get one of those cute pastel tote bags, but our store didn’t have them out yet), and then we snuggled up for Bluey.

Emmie was showing of her cute spring blue bird she made at school, complete with her sweet little poem.

Also, I finished my camping puzzle already last night! It turned out to be really easy, and I loved finding all the little details scattered throughout. It was also a really great quality puzzle, and definitely a great souvenir from our family vacay last month.

The girlies were sweet and sleepy and ready for bed, and things went smoothly getting them down for the night.

Gotta go wash up some dishes before I can relax for the night, so I’ll listen to my audio book and get that done real quick. After that, I’ll probably try to read a little bit before I go to sleep…
